Glad to see more interesting uses for movesets being made, prehaps after i make the poll winner i should make a character from a certain series that involves dice

For Yoshiblaze: I forgot all about this but, when looking at ness and lucas, their psi/pk have differnet shapes, ness being circles and lucas being hexagons, maybe ninten should have square's {Since nes was pixels and pixels are square } Nice little details like that is why i love smash.

Haha, I like the Eevee movesets. Certainly one of the most unique characters in the thread. The sad part is that this would be without a doubt the most complicated character to implement. So, Eevee is one of the least likely to be an Expansion character just based on the pure amount of work that would be required.

I wouldn't even consider Ken over Chun-Li, her moveset is completely different from Ryu/Ken, and Ken is basically Ryu's moveset with more emphasis on kicks and fire on his SRK. So he'd be less original moveset-wise, although his character may be new to the series. Hmmm, makes me want Blanka, Sagat, and Akuma (Akuma isn't that much better for avoiding unoriginality lol, he has shoto roots but is a much more complicated character).

I personally think Eevee's down special should allow you to choose the Eeveelution.

I already have a dudley moveset made but i'd rather release him later. Also a evil ryu based off the deceased mugen character maker reu would make a great moveset for smash.

This isn't digimon, you just can't unevolve -_-.

Phantom R YES, YES, YES. I can't think of a good moveset, but if he got in, I would love that. Plus a stage w/ his awesome music

It could reset after KO, once you evolve youre stuck until your next stock

I'M WORKING ON PATIENCE!

Let's start with all those eveveveveeees >.< I should make a vanilluxe moveset {Also listining to rockafeller street while making this review }
Eevee
Jab and Tilts - I'd image like you said all lacking range and not being too powerful, i also image these attacks being fast.
Smash Attacks - Basic and normal just like it's typing.
Aerials - Tails, Tails, Tails! Eevee is find for being a pre evolve template in the moveset you're making
Specials - N-Spec - I have some similar ideas for kumatora coming up as well{I'll eat a cardboard box if she somehow loses the poll}, more concepts like down throw, inflicting status effects are always neato
S-Spec - Like palutena's but not as annoying and more of a defensive move, i like it.
U-Spec - If Normal Eevee wasn't a pushover i would have villager class rage over this since's it's like lucarios but easier to get to max >.<
D-Spec - The main reason i have to review 8 other movesets.

Lets start with the one based off smash land's secret character.
Vaporeon - My smash land main
Smash Attacks - Basic and watery.
Specials - The side is basicly like ichigo's though instead of a easy shield reflect, it's a simple attack that destroys it.
The n and u spec combo is wonderful, great if the foe is trying to spike you. The down specials is alright, usefull to increase damage against someone.

Flareon not too big on fire pokemon most of the time
Smash Attacks - Basic and interesting, strong f and weak d smash
Specials - N-Spec is useful though how would it fair compared to bowsers, only the beta release can tell us .
Side - Sm4sh charizard is horrible, though maybe with this moveset flareon won't suck.
U-Spec - So like samus's custom move screw rush, i liked that move, same for this one.
Down Spec is like the warlock punch but with shorter range, also fire, and not by a Gerudo

Jolteon
Nononono, you do not make jolteon faster then captain falcon, i would put jolteon above fox and under captain falcon.
The replaced moves, more leg based combat is great makes him/her more unique in combat compared to other eevees.
Smash Attacks - Lightning is always awesome
Specials - That up specials is alway in smash for pichu, but who cares for pichu #Pichuhate
I like how the n-spec is a forced charge move, and how side spec is like a double fox illusion forward and back, The d-spec is basicly like captain falcons, overall decent.

Umbreon - Dark Types are awesome, until fairy type came and ruined all balancing.
2 Types of counters, the 2nd character i've seen do this, thouhg a countering projectile is new. And wish for those recoveries after koing a foe can be useful .

Espeon
Projectile users i'm always a fan of, and haivng calm mind and it bothing recoveries and attacks is a great idea.

Leafeon - Oh wow z-air i haven't heard that word used in forever, I'm a fan of tethers.
The side spec is like toon links and the up special is like marth's but with a luigi style damage, doing most at the beginning.
The d-spec is also usefull, but better then wii fit's trainer's that's for sure.

Glaceon - I like the s-spec and the d-spec reminds me of ice climbers but shield ignoring and only 1.

Syveon - That d-spec makes this character already a/b tier , Overall it's fine, i really don't like how nintendo make fairy op as hell.

Final Smash - It's like sm4sh megamans, but on screen and more powerful.

Just noticed the little comment you made about PK Power shapes. I completely forgot about those (And my 3rd Sm4sh main and 1st Sm4sh Secondary are Ness and Lucas respectively).
