basically, all the flashes from MX to CS4 are good for games. Flash 8 and on are good for high quality games.
so to answer your question, yes, it is.

Okay, I have FLASHMX Professional '04... I want to make a TLOZ fangame with it, but I don't know how and I don't know where any good adventure game tutorials are. Do you have any reccomendations? I plan to upgrade to the latest version of FLASH when I can pull the money out of a hat magically.... Which is not now...
