Link's bomb arrows did NOT originate in Twilight Princess, but in Link's Awakening.

Battle Results Screen BGM is a major-scale arrangement of the last part of Battlefield, which is part of our official main theme.
Dracula's Castle BGM uses both Bloody Tears and Vampire Killer, the two most iconic songs from NES Castlevania series.

Ichigo's win pose is based on his win pose from Bleach Dark Souls.

It was actually first seen in Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters.

Most of Wario's moveset is mainly based on moves that originate from Wario Land 4, Wario Land: Shake It, and Wario World, moves based on Wario's own character design, and moves based on the various methods of completing microgames, most likely from WarioWare: Touched!. The rest of Wario's moveset seems to be based on his general design, both as a Nintendo character and as a Super Smash Bros. character. I've added some links as references for each category.

Wario Land 4: show
Dash Attack: Dash Attack
Forward Smash: Fat Wario
Forward Throw: Throw
Down Aerial: Smash Attack
Side Special: Attack
Edge Getup Attack: Attack (below 100%), Roll (above 100%)
Roll: Roll
Airdodge: Roll
Tech: Roll

Reference: http://www.mariowiki.com/Fat_Wario | http://www.mariowiki.com/Wario_Land_4#Wario.27s_moves

WarioWare Touched: show
Forward Tilt: Slightly Unscrewed, Cute Cuts
Up Tilt: Cute Cuts
Down Tilt: Cute Cuts, Dance Club Rub
Up Smash: Slightly Unscrewed
Back Aerial: Slightly Unscrewed
Up Aerial: Touch Training
Up Special: Slightly Unscrewed

Reference: http://www.mariowiki.com/List_of_WarioWare:_Touched!_microgames

Wario World: show
Jab Attack: Wario Punch
Neutral Special: Hyper Suction
Ability To Jump During Side Special: Corkscrew Conk

Reference: http://www.mariowiki.com/Wario_World#Moves

Wario Land Shake It: show
Down Smash: Earthshake Punch
Pummel: Shake

Reference: http://www.mariowiki.com/Wario_Land:_Shake_It!#Gameplay

General Design: show
Neutral Aerial: Amazing Airspeed in the Super Smash Bros. series makes it seem like he's hovering across the air
Forward Aerial: Short and stubby legs that sure pack a... kick, also an imitation of Mario's Neutral Aerial
Grab: Stubby yet muscular arms means short reach, tight grip
Back Throw: Often perceived as a goofy character which would be a reason for this attack
Up Throw: Arms that are pure muscle
Down Throw: Morbidly obese, arms that are pure muscle, and a rather large head seem like a hefty combination for a hefty throw
Down Special: Bad hygiene, glutton, and rude means loud and proud (and powerful) farts

Buuut Ichigo's agressive playstyle is kind of how he fights in the anime he is a very agressive fighter In SSF2 Ichigo can be played agressively and to me when you play him agressively you bring out the best in him

The sound Thwomp makes when it smashes a platform is the sound it make in Super Mario 64.

Kirby's Thwomp form, however, uses Whomp's sound instead.

Since nobody ever answered this: Sora's victory theme is part of the orchestral version of "Hikari", the main theme of Kingdom Hearts I as well as some of the other games.
In earlier demos, Sora's victory theme was the field theme of Olympus Coliseum, which played in Kingdom Hearts I whenever Sora won a match in the Coliseum.

According to the devs, Black Mage's victory pose comes from Mario Sports Mix. And yes, I'm still disappointed that it isn't the classic Final Fantasy victory pose.

Time to be the fangirl of FF that I'm always are.

:blackmage: :
-Dtilt, Jab, FTilt and BAir are based of the 3 main weapons that the class could use in the franchise (Punch, Dagger, Staff)
-While the character in the game itself is the BLACK Mage, he has some magics that are actually from other types of magic:

Choco Kick (FAir) it's a summoner magic.
1000 Needles (UThrow) is blue magic
Stop and Haste on the first game were Black Magic, but got changed on the next games to Time.
Aero (FThrow) Blue Magic
Quake (BThrow) Blue Magic
Goblin Punch (UTilt) Blue Magic
Meteor tends to be considered Black Magic, but in FFV it was Time.
His air dodge it's Invisible, a White Magic

-Oddly enough, his 100% ledge attack uses a sword, which mages can't use (Which would explain why he uses it only on that attack, and so slowly)
-His entrance appearance comes from the FF1 class selection menu, and the other character that appear are the rest of the cast (Knight, Thief, Monk, White Mage, Red Mage)
-On his victory pose, a Crystal of multiple colors can be seen around him, that's one of the Crystals in the main plot of FF, representing the 4 elements.
-His idle animation (When he looks like he's thinking about something) comes from the fact while mages are casting in FF, they get a little animation of them "preparing" the spell before using it.
-The crouch animation is based around the low hp animation of the characters in the FF franchise.
-The victory theme it's the popular and well known victory fanfare from the franchise.
-His spot-dodge animation comes from the common chance in the main games of dodging an attack, a "Miss" message will appear.
-The first part of his Final Smash comes from the RNG that there was in FF to find enemies by walking, when sometimes you literally just walked 1 step and you found an enemy
-The second part it's the classic menu of FF and BM picking Flare, commonly one of the most powerful spells in the game.
-In the Magic part of his FS, there are some of the spells that he uses in battle, but there are also some that he doesn't really use at all. (By example he isn't using neither Flood or Saber)
-While BM smashes can be charged to be the third phase of them (By example FSmash Thunder becomes Thundaga), the only spell which has his mid-way transformation is Fire (Fira), and it's on his NAir.
-The concept of his DAir could easily come from the fact that in the games, Death is a low accuracy spell, so it's not really common that you get the effect as much as you cast it (Hence why it's a sweetspot)
-The delayed Meteor of Death could be given thanks to another spell, Doom which leaves a timer on your opponent that causes him to die the moment the timer reaches 0.
-Neutral Taunt comes from the common victory animations from the franchise.
-Down Taunt comes from the theme when you rest on an INN in the first game.
-His Dash Attack (Stone) doesn't make sense in the logic of FF, because the only ways you can remove it are a White Magic spell or a Golden Needle used by another person. Or dying.

...you still with me? Wow, I'm amazed. Anyway, that's all I got, I could be wrong on some of them tho. In any case I still have some more information about the FF-centred stages (Chaos Shrine and Lunar Core) so maybe I'll follow this one up someday :P
