Why are people on this who didn't want to host

If you do want to host, please tell us what kind of game you plan on hosting (so we can have an actual reason to vote for you)

I am bad at stating these things so I'll just say the important stuff:

Turnabout Mafia:
-Flavor: Ace Attorney (Multigame)
-11 players setup
-No role reveal.

The setup was finished ages ago, but I had to do several fixes.

I actually have two ideas:

Kingdom Hearts Mafia:
- 13 players, 2 mafia factions of 2 each. 1 Third Party, otherwise nothing special.

or Trust Me Mafia:
- 11 players, with 2 mafia and 2 constantly alignment switchers, counts as a second maf faction. Example:
D1 and N1 - Town players
D2 and N2 - Maf players
D3 and N3 - Towns
and so on.

These player can only win by achieving the goal on the last day.
If they are town on last day, they win by lynching the last maf.
If maf on last day, they win by controlling 50% of town and other maf faction dead.

The alignment switching counts as a Night Action, and can be roleblocked.

Tell me which you'd rather play if you vote for me, or if you don't, either way which would you rather play?

Guys, don't vote for Terra. I'm fine with him hosting and everything, but the last all-stars game was only four games ago. Invite only games lock players that don't join often but like to play from joining really hardcore, not to say most people that join a normal game are going to be said 'all-stars' anyway.

Of course if he changes his mind on what he'd like to host ignore this post completely.

Yeah, to be fair, invite-only is kind of discouraging. I would otherwise be perfectly fine with that game, despite wanting to be the host myself.

Because adding people resets all the votes. I put down the names of everyone I thought had a remote chance of wanting to host.

I was gonna do a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure themed role reveal mafia game with 14 players if the town won, but damn.

That's pretty premature.

My name hasn't even gone up, yet. :/

I figured. So I think waiting until Wednesday is best choice.

These are our days. Days of darkness, days of war.

We thought that our community would be done for, we really did. The TRAITORS took us out one by one, and slowly but surely, our community was dying. Many left, disheartened by the prospect of losing the entire section altogether, from apathy.

The flashes of brilliance struck. Our dear community, all at once, received flashes of brilliance from days of their past. Everyone, or at least whoever remained loyal to the section knew what had to be done: there are rats in our community, and one by one, the traitors will fall.

What we do now will decide our fates, and I'm sure that no one here just wants to die, do they?

These are the days of darkness, days of war.

In the future, the mafia community has fallen apart, in part due to the rats that have infiltrated our community, and in part due to our own sheer laziness that we did not try to evict them just yet.

Well, at least, we can do something about it: we’re mafia players, and we have skills that we used to win. If they were used then, they can be used now: we all have won, haven't we?

But I think I’m on the verge of figuring things out: I’ve pinned things before, and I’ll pin it again. It took a lot of work, triple-checking and some weird theory, but I've got it. There are three of them, and their names are...

OOC: So if you’re confused as to how all of this is going, here’s how this is going to work.
I have decided to change my mind on this policy, after thinking over it a little. It will be open to all.
Each role will correspond to the manner in which the person selected won the game. Even the most unlikely people could be in the game, so keep your eyes peeled. This setup is specifically designed to punish people highly reliant on roles.

There are predetermined daily events, little predetermined hints, and some people got little pieces of information(on purpose) in their role PMs.

Oh, and I forgot to mention something very important: role PMs are being written in a completely different style now! Each role PM will have flavor in the role PM written in the style of the role they are getting. I've tried my best to capture the style of each person chosen, but I offer no guarantees.

I have a set-up in mind, but I'm not sure I really want to host at the moment. It would be a 13 player game but no one would get to know how many members each side had until final reveal (of course mafia would know how many members they had). The special quark would be most everyone would have 'loner' ability(s) and 'group' ability(s) and during a 48 or 72 hour Twilight Phase, everyone would decide who, if anyone they would group with for the night. It would add an extra layer of strategy, methinks.
