How to actually start SSF2 v0.9b (1978)

So, once I download it, i get a .zip file right?
then I open it, there's data (folder) and data file then i open the data folder and it shows DAT0.ssf, DAT1.ssf, all the way to DAT49.ssf my question here is, how do you actually start the game?  http://gyazo.com/1ff16045d7e41b963b7db1cd4d170839 |
