Ignoring all the blatant crap posted here:
Ganondorf (Melee) is easily the winning choice. They're both kind of Captain Falcon clones but the Melee version has more mobility and strength. The Brawl version has some uniqueness against its melee counterpart but this version is such a very dull powerhouse type of character.

Look, Kuro, Tier Lists can NEVER EVER EVER determine a CHARACTER'S rank. It's the player that PLAYS as the character. Link would INDEFINITELY beat Ganondorf, and hell, he would even beat Fox and be number 1, BUT the damn SWF decides to go by "professional" voters in a contained, controlled group of at least 300 people, just for favorable votes. We need to rank PLAYERS, NOT CHARACTERS. When SSB4 comes, and spread this to SWF, guys: "When SSB4 comes, I take over the Tier Rankings and NINTENDO will help decide the OFFICIAL tier lists. I will also find a way to RANK PLAYERS, as well."

I mean really
if Nintendo made a Nintendo Direct one day and said "okay guys, here are all the best Smash Bros 4 characters and here are all the worst ones"
that would kinda be a PR disaster
