To an Arrancar vs. Vizard duel! I will use Ginta!

Race: Human/Arrancar
Class: Adventurer/Vizored (Vizard) Hunter
Appearance: A dark complected 14 year old male with yellow irises, black curly hair, and a completely white jacket. He carries a 10' sword on his back. In his transformed state, a material seemingly skeletal in nature forms around his body giving him an armadillo-like appearance, and his sword merges with his body. In both forms he has a perfectly round hole in his right forearm (Literally see-through)
Techniques:
Dark Cero: Ginta fires a Cero covered in black Reiatsu. (Only slightly stronger than a regular Cero)
Cero: A regular red Cero.
Bala: An attack slightly weaker than Cero which takes much less time to charge.
Negacion(Weak): Ginta forms a barrier to protect himself from damage. (Can only be used twice a day.)
Ressureccion: Ginta releases his Zanpakuto to use something similar to his old Hollow form. His body forms a bony white armor much like the exoskeleton of an Armadillo.

Hmmm... I have to know a few things before I accept.
-What are the exact rules?
-Where is this battle taking place?
-Does your sword have any special power, like Gluttony does?

Alright, I accept. I'll use the sheet I'm using in Pug vs Haingi, if you'll allow that.

OOC: the space surrounding them is black. There is an absence of darkness and light. Thus they can see eachother. Also, Yes, I accept the sheet.

A large tear in the dimension makes it self apparent as Ginta climbs through the self made portal onto the black floor. He wonders when Haingi will arrive.

Another small dimensional tear rips through the air, and Haingi pokes his head out. He then wiggles is arm through the thin streak, and then the other. He pushes forward from the original dimension he was in, until his hands touch the ground. He then walks forward on them until his feet come out, and then he gets up and stands normally, erasing the rip through space by going over it with his hand. He then turns toward Ginta and catches his breath, since portals are still pretty tough to make for him.

OOC: Sorry about that wait. My computer died.

Ginta draws his blade and faces Haingi.

Haingi pulls his sword also, waiting for Ginta to make the first move.

Ginta dashes forward making a small elliptical slice toward Haingi.

Haingi takes a step back and quickly parries it, countering with a jab toward Ginta's stomach.

Ginta uses hid blade to defend and holds out his right palm. A blue orb of Reiatsu forms.

"I can do that too, ya know." Haingi says, putting his hand up and creating a slightly bigger blue ball of aura in front of Ginta's.

The orb Ginta is holding turns black.

"Can you do this? I highly doubt it." Ginta replies firing the attack.

Haingi fires his bigger, blue one moments afterward and there's an explosion, sending his firing arm flying backward and bringing his body with it. When he lands he checks his hand and sees a couple burn marks, but nothing too serious. He stands and prepares for another attack.
