MGN Account Log In Bug

So, this is my first time making an account and logging into MGN. I am able to activate my account (in fact I activated two accounts and still ran into this problem), but I am not able to log into my new accounts, even when I properly reset the password just to be sure. It keeps giving me the same error of "having the wrong credentials." Someone please help
