I'm not sure it's a problem of putting it in, more that everyone will immediately become a transgendered. Which I guess isn't inherently a problem. But I think Cleod was against people misusing it which is why it didn't get accepted.

I'm for the idea but annoyed that everyone's gonna abuse it lol.

pretty sure i said this last time too, but i think an "other" option should be added at least.

There should probably also be a "not listed" option that just makes the gender field disappear, for those who don't want to be tied in with the people just ironically choosing other, since that seems to be a concern.
