I've been looking at the smileys, I think were missing a couple very important smileys. If someone was to sprite them in the EXACT same style is it easy to just add them? I was thinking of throwing a couple together. (Ex. Waterfall crying, Tophat while puffing a pipe, stroking beard, yellow version of the big smile, arrows for all directions -how discriminating to only have right!-, ninja smiley -one that's seen-, Chuck Norris)

PS. I did see the declined idea for new smileys but I was unsure as to whether or not anyones specifically offered to make them. Also if you don't think I can sprite them then I can throw one up before you decline it right away. (pretty sure almost anyone can sprite them)

I was thinking someone needed to do this. There's not enough smilies to express myself fully!

Well if this gets declined ill probably just make a topic in the Spriters Corner with a bunch of custom smileys, then people can use them by copying the urls. Hopefully people will use some of them enough to convince Cleod to add them, somewhat like a petition.

A small smiley revamp project has already been started. Whether or not it'll go through has yet to be seen, but you shouldn't worry yourself with things like this, especially since the small project is already in the works.
