From what I can see there appears to be banding, and the eyes are uneven
Colors need to be more distinguishable, the shading would benefit if the colors had more contrast |

I think the eyes being uneven is a perspective thing.

Maybe, (his) right eye appears smaller, while the effect is not on the teeth on the goomba. Also, upon closer inspection, the white inside his pupil is oddly shaped, along with random out of place pixels next to some of the outlines, like the inside of goomba's mouth's being in the middle of his tounge.
