thank you!! im actually not sure if it's related or not, i don't really look at other people's systems nearly as much as I should lol

actor is a class type, so a variable that i can call as many instances of as i want, anywhere within the code.
projectile and entity are more complex class types that include actor as a member, and then actor contains all the movement and positioning data and functions, so i'd call like

entity.actor.move();

if that makes sense!

I don't reaaaaly know what's involved in the process of releasing something on Steam vs releasing it on your own website so decide on that once I actually get to the point when I can release

It'll only be on PC to start with though, it's a pretty hefty task to port something to a totally different platform like the app store or google play or 3ds, and I won't be doing it unless Deep is successful enough on PC.

yeah I've seen the quality of the greenlight stuff so i'd like to think deep would at least stand out a little lol
i'll get there, it's just still not really a trailer ready game. i mean the engine is really solid and im pretty happy with how it looks visually but i mean. there's no audio lol.

I can do sound effects myself, I've worked with those before. Music is a little more complex of course but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
