The electronic bits are pretty nice, and it's overall pretty magicky, which is nice. A little too electronic for my taste, though, so it's a 7/10.

7/10. It's not one of the game's best or most memorable songs, but it's pretty good. Also: the topic title may have caused some confusion, but you're supposed to rate the song the last person posted. Keep that in mind next time.
