It was nostalgic, really. Again, the snow gracefully fell upon his feet, as he peered over the mountaintop. His axe was held firmly to his side. It was a dangerous area, and he would have to be ready for an assault at any time. He could not see much from where he was standing, but as he made his way up to the peak, there was certainly something strange about the pool in the middle. An object seemed to float upon it. A ship? It appeared that someone had beaten him here. As he mounted upon his wyvern, he decided to dive in and take a closer look. The frosty air bit at his uncovered face as he flew downward, stopping at the base of the mountain. It would be dangerous to approach further, as the ship may be armed. Making a motion towards the wonderfully crafted boat, it was apparent that his wyvern, too, disapproved. However, being a coward would only leave him to starve tonight. The man leaped upon his mount again, and proceeded to circle the pool in a tight pattern, in an attempt to scout it out. The clouds were fairly thick, and he hoped that they would mask his presence in the area. An aerial assault was unlikely, but completely possible, so Daryl took a quick look around him, his hand still on the axe handle.

Centro leaps from the top of the Mounain on the left, landing just to the left of Scylla's cave.

The air was too thin at his current position. Daryl quickly descended, catching eye of a man standing upon a rock platform. There appeared to be a cave of some sort near him, but he couldn't get a good look. Upon reaching the ground, he quickly flew up into the air again, his wyvern letting out a growl as he noticed the man. Ignoring the boat, he flew over to where the man was standing, and began to look him down. It was a possibility he was hostile, considering the circumstances. Was he the owner of the ship? Daryl was quite unsure. The wings slowed as he made his landing upon the rock, not ten feet behind the man. Dismounting, he landed on the rocks, his boots making a loud stomp as he collided. The rider pulled his axe out of the holster, and held it calmly at his side.

Johnny brushed the snow from his brow. He had been traveling for hours. He sought the place which he had seen in his dreams. He remembered the single ship, which had stood out so greatly in his mind. He climbed over a ridge and looked down. The snow obscured his vision, but he could still make out a shape beneath. Now he remembered why he hated to travel by foot. Oh well, it can't be that much longer till I get to my destination, Johnny thought. He began his descent of the Ridge.

Kawl stoof on the cliff, his arms crossed as the snow descended down upon from the sky. At such an elevation, he was not surprised there was snow. He looked across the landscape. There was a boat nearby, he wasn't alone. He gave a grin.

"Someone out here." Kawl said. "Fun. I'll think i'll see if it's really by luck they made it to such a place." With that, he looked around, trying to find who was here from where he stood. Though he was down an eye, his sight was extremely keen. It shouldn't be too hard.

Centro takes a shot in the dark. "I take it that either thou believest me to be a threat, or that thou simply derive pleasure from gazing at other men. If the case is the latter, maybe thou should find someone else to gaze at, good sir." Centro holds his blade casually.

He had reached the bottom of the summit. He was surprised when he saw a giant dragon landing not more than 50 meters away. The dragon seemed to be stalking another figure. The dragon seemed to have a rider, but his features were indistinguishable. He crept forward to get a closer look at what was going to happen. He pushed his back up against a large rock and watched the two figures.

"Gaze at you? Never." Daryl said plainly. "I just was curious what you happened to be doing out here. It's a hostile area." It was apparent that the two men had spent their childhood in utterly different places. Daryl felt he wasn't being formal enough when he spoke. The rider spotted the blade in the hand of the other man, but paid no notice. He too, was carrying a weapon, and it wasn't a sure sign of hostility. "Honestly, I don't think you're a threat." he stated, leaving his meaning open for interpretation.

"Dost thou imply that thou art an ally?" Centro inquires. "Or perhaps thou simply jest, yes, surely thou jest."
