I know full well the internet isn't a safe place, don't talk to me like I'm a 7 year old getting his hands on his first computer.
Like all search engines, Google saves what people do to provide an ever-improving search engine. You aren't important and don't stand out against the millions of other people that are constantly using Google, and no-one wants to pay Google for your information.

Do you know anything about Black market activities? You don't always have to buy things directly from google. The fact is that google compiles the information and someone can access it. Don't say "Oh google can't be hacked," because on the internet, even with the best security, hackers can still easily access information. Hackers get the info and sell it on the black market. Boom, all your private info available to someone else.
