today i presented my art project to my art 101 class, f*** finally
i put so much work into it and (even though its not that great imo) i don't feel satisfied because people just wanted to go home at that point in class
which i totally understand, since i wanted to go home as well
whining aside, during my presentation i said:
"initially, i was gonna make a small video game for my project since i'm a programmer, but i didn't think i had enough time to resolve any possible bugs that would show up. so here's a drawing instead."
my teacher heard this and we had an aside afterward where she told me that she has a friend who works for a dept. of ubisoft and that if i wanted, she'd give me his info and i could call him to get pointers, portfolio suggestions, and even job opportunities :o
college isn't all bad i guess :>
