Why dont we use voice clips from the adventures of sonic the hedgehog?

Id start maining sonic if I could run around taunt canceling "That's no good" over and over again

I don't know how ssf2 Palette Swap work but i think it would be cool if kirby and link got a new red what fans like to call kool aid Palette Swap like Marth and captain Falcon have in the current 9b to look more like their red Palette Swap in smash

Horrible. He would sound werid but imagine mario got his voice from the mario 64 beta. He would sound like Micheal Jackson on drugs.

The palette swaps they can use are basically colour alterations. Basically, all they can do is adjust the RGB values to get a different colour, so naturally this stuff doesn't tend to look as good. The main ways they could have the awesome palette swaps would either slow the game down to a ridiculous FPS, or the games file size would 2 GB.

Now I heard that about "No character requests" or something.
But honestly you guys should promote Pac-Man from Assist Trophy to a playable character, Especially with his inclusion in the new Smash game with his unique move set ((And retaining his classic design)). I mean, it shouldn't be hard to port him to SSF2 at all. If not atleast make him an expansion character.


Just Mario, Sonic and Megaman in a fight shows clearly something is missing.

I cried for a day and a night and once my sobbing was done I felt empty inside like never before

Crusade isn't written in Flash, its written using the Game Maker engine. Having used the GM engine myself, it is easy to add recolors.

In Flash they'd either have to spawn a million more objects, each to cover up the original colour (would cause FPS issues) or include the recoloured sprite sheets in the file causing the massive file size.

I have an idea for the palette swaps. They should use Hidden Pixels that correspond to the shade of color.

EX: If you wanted to make mario's overalls green, you will have to hide the color behind his body. Therefore,

you give him a color of Red and Green, like Christmas colors.

What do you guys think?

They have already considered this, and this would cause FPS drop because of the amount of extra objects they would have to spawn.

We have bomberman. And we dont have to promote pacman to be a character, we can request what we want. Some people might agree on pacman being a character but we have Mario, Megaman, Bomberman and Sonic.
