Thor's Below: Focusing their chakara along with quick hand motions(like that of the Rasagan) the user builds up an extreme amount of electricity, the releases it over head where it fans out striking all around(they are still like normal lighting, where as they hit metal or close object more often.)... It is a kenjutsu because of the risk teammates are in, and misfire normally results in electrocuting the user to death.
