Yes, of course Toby hates it, that's why he made it its own room, two very long dialogue paths, creative attack patterns, random hats which serve no purpose at all, and its own battle theme.

also yeah the so sorry character is really lame and the fight is lame and you can tell that the creator didn't want to put it in the game at all but felt obligated to (i think it was a kickstarter backer's character or something)

the other secret character encounter is really cool though

well that's why it isn't in the game like that at all, toby specifically talked to the guy about how he was going to redesign it for the purpose of the game to obscure the connection to the original material

Anyone who adds a "design your own important character" tier to their Kickstarter needs to watch the f*** out for furries. Their horrifying fetishes are only outmatched by the amount of disposable income they're willing to spend on their horrifying fetishes. It's the reason that Kickstarter kaiju fighting game is dead now.
