So one of the rules was no over-the-top joke characters
I need more clarification
I have many ridiculous characters I have move sets designed for
And if you couldn't tell from my previous posts, I take move sets very seriously To the point where I'm bothered by the design of Weegee in Super Smash Bros Crusade because he doesn't use his clones in attacking, and they don't balance him

My real question is, I have a Sanic move set. I've actually programmed it in Game Maker Studio to see if it feels like Sanic. I take these very seriously and I was wondering if I was allowed to post that here?

Games in the Major Leagues

(I take ALL move sets seriously)

Major League Move Set: show
Sanic is a meme associated with MLG. He is one of two baldy drawn Sonic pictures and talks just like Sonic.

Important Terms:
  • A gunshot tick is what I use to refer to that cross hair with tick sound that often happens in MLG versions of videos whenever anyone walks
  • Spin kicks refers to Sanic spinning his legs in the way he runs (basically his running animation as an attack)

Both Forms:
Walk - a little less than :zelda:
Run - a little more than :sonic:
Jump Height - :sonic:
Air Speed - :falco:
Fall Speed - :sonic:
Weight - :sonic:

Entrance - Run In
Sanic runs in from the side of the screen, then skids to a stop

Victory - Classic Sanic
Sanic, looking like his original crayon drawing design, will run on screen and freeze in the center
The words "Gotta Go Fast" appear next to and above him

Lose - Clap

:kirby: Hat - Spines
:chibirobo: Can Pocket - nothing
:ness: Can Absorb - nothing

Final Smash - Super Sanic
Sanic uses the Chaos Doritos to turn into Super Sanic None of that is made up, that's actually what they're called
Super Sanic works like Brawl and Smash 4 Super Sonic

Passive - Sanic Ball
This will be explained in the neutral special

Sanic:
Jab - Whack, Kick, Jump and Spin Kicks
Jab 1 - Sanic will punch with his left hand from left to right; similar to :mario:'s first jab
Jab 2 - Sanic will perform a turn kick with his right leg; similar to :mario:'s side tilt
Jab 3 - Sanic will jump forwards and performs spin kicks

Side Tilt - Kick
Sanic will kick forwards with his left leg

Up Tilt - Kick and a Gunshot Tick
Sanic will kick upwards and then point with both hands upwards while smirking, where a gunshot tick will happen

Down Tilt - Gunshot Tick
Sanic will point at the ground with both hands while smirking, where a gunshot tick will happen

Dash Attack - Somersault
This is like :sonic:'s dash attack, but goes farther

Neutral Air - Instashield
Works exactly like :sonic:'s neutral air

Forward Air - Ax Kick
Sanic will perform a flip into an ax kick, which can spike on his heel
It's basically :sonic:'s forward air
Similar to :donkeykong:'s forward air, when Sanic's foot is above his head it has a hit box that hits away from Sanic

Back Air - Kick
:sonic:'s back air, but angled a bit downwards

Up Air - Flip Kick
Sanic will perform a back flip kick

Down Air - Spin Kicks
Sanic will perform spin kicks below himself
Works similar to :yoshi:'s down air

Side Smash - Homing Attack
Sanic will crouch down while charging
When you release the attack button, he will dash forwards, using Sonic's homing attack in the Sonic Games (He will almost be magnetized towards his target)

Up Smash - Spin Dash Tornado
Sanic will spin dash in a small circle, causing a tornado
This has a slight vacuum effect, and has wind boxes mixed with hit boxes, having great vertical launching power

Down Smash - Donut Spin Dash
Sanic will perform a spin dash in a large circle
:sonic:'s old down smash

Neutral Special - Sanic Ball
Sanic will turn into his Sanic Ball form
Sanic Ball has much less friction and has his own move set listed below
Sanic Ball can't grab ledges
This form comes from the game Sanic Ball

Side Special - F5 Tornado
Sanic will run around once, creating a moderately sized tornado
The tornado moves forwards very slowly, hits multiple times, and launches upwards
If Sanic jumps into the tornado, he will be blown upwards by wind boxes that only effect Sanic, functioning as a weird recovery

Up Special - Illuminati Lift
The Illuminati pyramid appears where the move is activated
The pyramid's eye will then glow yellow and Sanic will have a yellow glow around him
Sanic will then float upwards, thanks to the Illuminati's power
You have full horizontal control during this
This lasts 5 seconds, then Sanic goes into free fall

Down Special - Spin Dash
Works exactly like :sonic:'s spin dash, but a little faster

Grab - One Handed Grab
Sanic grabs with his left hand

Pummel - Punch
Sanic punches with his right hand

Forward Throw - No Scoped
Sanic will take out a rifle with a scope and shoot the opponent five times rapidly without using the scope
The sound clip of a kid screaming "360 NO SCOPE!" plays

Back Throw - Shove
Sanic will run off the side of the screen that is behind him
Then he will run back on screen from the opposite side, shoving the opponent away when he reaches them

Up Throw - Quick Tornado
Sanic will run around his opponent twice, creating a small tornado that blows them upwards

Down Throw - Run On The Opponent
Sanic will run on top of his opponent
Similar to :sonic:'s down throw, but with running instead of spin dashing

Shield Stance - Block With Both Hands
Sanic will cover his face with both hands

Dodge Roll - Roll
Sanic rolls back

Spot Dodge - Illuminati
Sanic will be levitated into the air briefly by the Illuminati pyramid, before being dropped
Animation goes quickly

Air Dodge - Flip
Sanic will do a front flip

Neutral Taunt - MLG Glasses
Sanic will put on a pair of MLG shades (those pixelated sunglasses) and pose

Side Taunt - True Gamer Snacks
Sanic will either take out a bag of Doritos and eat one chip out of it, or he will take a can of Mountain Dew and take a sip

(Option 1) Vertical Taunt - Green Hill Zone
Sanic will put on some headphones, then start bobbing his head and rocking out
The ear rape version of the Green Hill Zone Theme plays
This can be held like :tails:'s down taunt

(Option 2) Vertical Taunt - You're Too Slow
Sanic performs :sonic:'s side taunt, but with Sanic's running animation

Sanic Ball:
Jab - Whack Roll
Sanic Ball will lean back, then do a mix of headbutting and rolling forwards

Side Tilt - Roll
Sanic Ball will quickly roll forwards

Up Tilt - Jump
Sanic Ball will jump up quickly
Similar to :tails:'s old up tilt in v9b

Down Tilt - Twirl
Sanic Ball will spin in place
Does not multi hit, but instead it hits opponents away

Dash Attack - Roll
Similar to his usual dash attack

Aerials - Instashield
Sanic Ball will perform the instashield
Works like his usual neutral air, and :sonic:'s neutral air
Sanic Ball only has a neutral air and down air

Down Air - Stomp

Similar to :sonic:'s aerial down special in v9B

Up Special - Ramp
On the ground, half a half pipe will appear in front of Sanic Ball, and he will immediately begin to quickly roll up it
This launches him into the air and does not put him into free fall
In the air, a half pipe will appear in front of and below Sanic Ball, and he will immediately begin to fall into one side of it
This will cause him to roll along the half pipe, launching him upwards into the air and does not put him into free fall

Down Special - Charge Roll
Functions exactly like his usual down special

Grab - Jump On Opponent
Sanic Ball will jump forwards
If it connects, he will land on the opponent and stay on top of them while they're lying on the ground
While this can't be done in the air, it can be done off ledges, where Sanic Ball will just act as a hit box and won't grab the opponent

Pummel - Jump
Sanic Ball will jump on the opponent

Forward Throw - Spin Dash
Sanic Ball will spin dash backwards
The charge of the spin dash damages the opponent, and the release shoots them forwards

Back Throw - Spin Dash
Sanic Ball will spin dash forwards
The charge of the spin dash damages the opponent, and the release shoots them back

Up Throw - Quick Spin Dash Tornado
Same as his usual up throw

Down Throw - Stomp
Sanic Ball will jump up, flip in midair, and slam on the opponent
Similar to a ground pound in the Mario games, and to :sandbag:'s down smash

Shield Stance - Static Stance
He will stand there without idling

Dodge Roll - Roll
Sanic Ball will roll back

Spot Dodge - Twirl
Sanic Ball will spin around in place

Air Dodge - Skewed Twirl
Sanic Ball will spin around, skew at an angle

All Taunts - You're Too Slow!
Sanic Ball will roll in place while saying, "You're Too Slow!"

Chain Chomp (If he can be in tennis, he can be in smash)
Bites the dust: show
Attributes:
Runspeed: :sandbag: (uses the same hopping mechanic)
Airspeed: :marth: Decent, but not the best
Turn/Pivot speed: :fox: (easy dashdance)
Weight: little under :bowser:
Body Hight: little over :luigi: (the chain/tail does not count!)
Gravity: Faster than :fox:. He is a metal sphere.
Moves:
Jab-3 bites. The last hit can KO at higher percents (130 ish?)
U-tilt-Swings chain up and over in an arc, like :ness:'s up smash. Punishable start-up, little endlag.
F-tilt-Does 3 bites like :pacman:'s dash attack, going out.
D-tilt-Swipes chain at a low angle, with small upwards knock back. Combo starter, small hitbox, small startup/endlag.

Dash-Rolls foward like :donkeykong:'s dash attack
Ledge-Multi-hit. Chain swings up on to the stage and hoists up chain chomp.

Up Smash-Does a bite going strait up with a huge vertical hitbox, like Piranha Plant's in Smash ultimate. KO's ridiculously early,(70?) first base hit leads into the mouth. Long start-up and small endlag.

Down Smash-Swings head around in a circle. Long start-up, Lots of endlag, but the swing is very quick and covers a huge horizontal area. Super armor on the head, chain is a weak sourspot

Side Smash-reels back head during charge, with the arrows from odyssey appearing in front, and launches itself foward with a big chomp. Huge knockback, Super armor while launching out, lots of endlag, huge shield damage. Safe on hit, but the endlag will be punishable.

Nair- swings chain around him like :chibirobo:'s Nair
Dair- swings chain up and strait down like :chibirobo:'s Dair
Fair- Does a chomp going foward, gives him momentum.
Bair- Swings chain backwards like Charizard in Smash 4.

Getup- does d-tilt on both sides
Ledge- puts chain on the stage, and rolls himself up, multi-hit.

Grab- does a bite. Pretty self-explanitory (No Tether!)
Pummel- chews. Very fast but does 1 percent at a time.

F-throw- Shakes them like a chew toy and throws them out. Decent knockback, does high damage.
B-throw- Swings them horizontally around his chain, and lets go. Like an exaggerated version of :mario: :wario: :tails: :bomberman: :pacman: backthrow. Also a killthrow.
U-throw- Puts them on his head and swings them up.
D-throw- basically a meaner version of :pacman:'s D-throw

Neutral B- Turns into Flame chomp and shoots a fireball. Hold it down and flame chomp will charge and instead of a fireball, he explodes like Ike's eruption. Giant hitbox, huge killpower, very very slow on both ends.
Up-B- Charges a bite like in odyssey, with arrows pointing up. Let go to fly. You can point it in any direction. Good knockback.
Side-B- Barks twice and bounds forward for a command grab. Does normal throws. Put into freefall if it doesn't connect in mid-air.
Down-B- Barks loudly, creating a small shockwave. A quick, get-off-me kind of move. small range and little hitstun/knockback(secret reflector)
Taunt: Falls asleep, dreaming about meat.
Kirby hat: Gets a black beanie with chain chomp eyes.

DSpecial: Slurp Slash/X-Strike: Frog charges up a slash. When released before full charge, it has Frog stick out his tongue , grab the opponent, and slash at them, dealing 10%. When fully harged frog charges forward. If he hits then he and Crono slash at the opponent, dealing 50% and OHKOing the opponent. It has huge endlag if it misses tho.
USpecial: Aerial Strike: Frog slashes upwards in one of 8 directions before pointing his sword downwards. Does 7% and spikes.
Grab: Frog sticks out his tongue.
Pummel: Frog slashes at the opponent, dealing 7% every swipe.
FThrow: Frog slashes the opponent, knocking them away, does 8%.
BThrow: Frog has Robo blast the opponent the opposite direction. Deals 8%.
DThrow: Frog has Crono cyclone the oponent. Deals 10% and deals no knockback.
UThrow: Frog stabs with the Masamune upwards. Does 5%.
Neutral Taunt: Frog sticks out his tongue.

Move Set of the Hero of the Dig Dug Incident: show
Dig Dug is the main character of the Dig Dug series of games. His real name is Taizo Hori (pun on the Japanese phrase "Horitai zo" meaning "I want to dig"). He is the father of Mr. Driller and ex husband of Toby "Kissy" Masuyo. He digs through the dirt with a bizarre weapon; a cross between a drill, a harpoon, and a bike pump. He is the honorary chairman of the Driller Council in the Mr. Driller series, and is known as "The Hero of the Dig Dug Incident".

Third Jab - Dig Dug will swing his drill pump from left to right, letting out and retracting the air hose as he does this

S Tilt - Drill Pump Forward Jab
Dig Dug will lean forwards and thrust his drill pump
Similar to :sora:'s forward smash, but without the leaning back

U Tilt - Drill Pump Swing/Jab Up
Dig Dug will swing his drill pump up

D Tilt - Drill Pump Jackhammer
Dig Dug will jab his drill pump into the ground, shake the ground very close by
Continuing to press the attack button will cause Dig Dug to use his drill pump like a jackhammer at the ground
Similar to :donkeykong:'s down special, but much weaker and a much smaller range

Dash Attack - Drill Pump Dash
Dig Dug will walk forwards a bit and hold his drill pump out in front on him, drill forwards
This is a multi hit that drags the opponent with you, final hit knocking them away

Nair - Air Hose Spin
Dig Dug will spin around, swinging the air hose around himself
Similar to :chibirobo:'s nair

Fair - Drill
Dig Dug will drill forwards

Bair - Drill Pump Jab
Dig Dug will jab his drill pump behind himself
Great for killing

Uair - Drill Pump Jab
Dig Dug will jab his drill pump upwards
Good for killing

Dair - Drill
Dig Dug will drill below him
This is a multi hit move
Works like :fox:'s down air

Zair (Grab button) - Air Hose Tether
Dig Dug fires the air hose forwards
This is a tether

Side Smash - Air Hose Shot
Dig Dug will shoot the air hose forwards
The more you charge this move, the farther the air hose is shot
There is a sweet spot at the end of the air hose

Up Smash - Underground Drill Pump Jump
Dig Dug drills into the ground and goes underground
The charging starts after he goes underground
He will then burst straight out of the ground with his drill pump pointed upwards
This is a multi hit with a lot of knock back, but is really slow
The more you charge this move the higher you jump

Down Smash - Rock Slam
Dig Dug will slam a rock in front of himself
This only hits in front
The more the move is charged, the more the rock cracks when you release it
Full charge smashes the rock; this does not change the move's attributes, just aesthetics

Neutral Special - Rock Toss
Dig Dug tosses a rock forwards
You can angle the move similar to :yoshi:'s egg toss
If the rock lands on the stage, you can use Neutral Special near it to throw it again
The rock deals a lot of damage and knock back

Side Special - Drill Pump Dash
Dig Dug will dash forwards while drilling
This is a multi hit that carries your enemies with you, similar to :metaknight:'s drill rush (Side Special)
If done in the air, Dig Dug will jump when he starts the move
Hold Special to keep drilling and moving
Release Special to end the move
This move has very little end lag, allowing for good combos

Up Special - Pooka
A Pooka (the tomato enemies) will jump onto Dig Dug's head out from behind him
Then it will turn into just its goggles and cause Dig Dug to disappear
Then it will move in the direction you hold until you let go
This teleport works just like :blackmage:'s up special, but doesn't go as far
This move has no end lag and does not put you into free fall
If you hold Special when the move ends, Dig Dug will jab his drill pump into the Pooka and pump once, blowing up the Pooka
This deals good damage and knock back to those around you, but puts you into free fall

Down Special - Fygar
This move only works on the ground
Dig Dug will drill the ground a bit, creating a crack
Then a Fygar will break out of the cracked ground
The Fygar will walk around the stage, turning at edges and walls
It will breath fire at anyone in front of it
The fire works similar to a stun, burning the opponents so they are stop in their tracks
Press Down Special to have the Fyran turn into just its eyes and fly to wherever you are
This only works above a solid platform, except for Rayman's purple plum

Grab - Air Hose
Dig Dug will shoot the air hose forwards

Pummel - Pump
Dig Dug will pump the pump on his drill pump, inflating the opponent
This is the slowest pummel in the game
Do this four times to burst the opponent, this releases the opponent, deals damage, and leaves them lying on the ground, and this can't be teched

Forward Throw - Spin Throw
Dig Dug will spin his opponent around once using the air hose, then throw them
Similar to :mario:'s forward throw

Back Throw - Spin Throw
Dig Dug will spin his opponent around twice using the air hose, then throw them
Similar to :mario:'s back throw

Up Throw - Spin Throw
Dig Dug will spin his opponent around once then throw them up

Down Throw - Drill Pump Jackhammer
Dig Dug will slam his opponent on the ground, then he will jump on the opponent and drill into them

Sheild Stance - Block with Drill Pump
Dig Dug will cover his face with his drill pump

Dodge Roll - Dig
Dig Dug will drill into the ground and resurface a distance away
This is one of the slowest rolls, but has fewer frames where you can get hit than most dodges

Spot Dodge - Lean
Dig Dug will lean back

Air Dodge - IDK

Ledge Attack - Drill Pump Jab
Dig Dug will jab forwards with his drill pump

Ledge Attack Over 100% - Rock Slam
Dig Dug will slam a rock on the stage

Get Up Attack - Air Hose Sweep
Dig Dug will sweep the air hose around himself

Neutral Taunt - IDK

Side Taunt - IDK

Vertical Taunt - IDK

Final Smash - Island Cut
Dig Dug will dig into the ground
A giant island will then appear, floating at the top of the screen

background: The courier is the main protagonist of Fallout:New Vegas.
Playstyle: The Courier would be an unconventional zoner who would have a variety of danger attacks. He would have a terrible combo game tho.
Passive: AP: Any attacks during V.A.T.S. uses 1/10th of this meter. Each part takes 10 seconds to recharge. charge time resets every time he fires.

I need a better reveal line
1st Place Move Set: show
The Excitebike Racer is the playable character in the Excitebike games. Not much is known about him. In SSF2 he would fight on his bike, with his crouch being him leaning forwards on his bike and trying to be low down.
Appearances: Excitebike, VS Excitebike, Excitebike 64

Entrance - Get On Bike
Excitebike Racer will walk up to his, then get on it and rev the engine

Passive - Overheat
Like in the game Excitebike, the bike can't overheat. If it does, it will blow up. Over Excitebike Racer's head is a meter that will fill as you gain heat. If the meter fills, the bike will blow up. Heat is generated when you run, not walk, and when you do certain attacks. It says whether an attack generates heat. Aerial movement does not generate heat. The bike will cool down as you don't do anything that generates heat.
After the bike blows up, you will have 10 seconds of no bike. You still have a move set (listed below). After 10 seconds you automatically get your bike back.

Bike
Jab - Punch, Punch, Rapid Wheel Spins, Wheelie Ride
Jab 1 - Excitebike Racer will lean forwards and punch with his left hand
Jab 2 - Excitebike Racer will lean forwards and punch with his right
Rapid Jab - Excitebike Racer will perform a wheelie, move forwards a little, and rapid spin the front wheel. This is a rapid jab (Like :captainfalcon:, :luffy:, :fox:, etc).
Final Jab - Excitebike Racer will ride forward, still pulling a wheelie
  • Generates heat

Side Tilt - Bike Horse Kick
Excitebike Racer will swing the back of the bike to the front, hitting anyone in front of him.

Up Tilt - Wheelie
Excitebike Racer pops a wheelie

Down Tilt - Drive
Excitebike Racer drives forwards a little bit
  • Generates heat

Dash Attack - Skid
Excitebike Racer skids to a stop
Hold back to start running in the other direction when the move is finished (similar to :krystal:)
  • Generates heat

Neutral Air - Front Flip
Excitebike Racer performs a front flip while on his bike

Forward Air - Punch
Excitebike Racer tilts his bike forwards, leans forwards, and punches with his left hand

Back Air - Drop Kick
Excitebike Racer will tilt his bike back, then perform a dropkick
The dropkick is just like :ness:'s back air

Up Air - Punch
Excitebike Racer punches punches up

Down Air - Spin Wheels
Excitebike Racer steps on the gas, causing the wheels to start spinning
This is a multi hit akin to :lloyd:'s down air
  • Generates heat

Side Smash - Wheelie Ride
Excitebike Racer will pop a wheelie and drive forwards.
  • Generates heat

Up Smash - Back Flip
Excitebike Racer jumps up and performs a back flip with his bike.
  • Generates heat

Down Smash - Donut
Excitebike Racer will skid in a donut.
Similar to :sonic:'s old down smash
  • Generates heat

Neutral Special - Mud Puddle
Excitebike Racer throws a small glob of mud in a short arc forwards. When the mud lands it splats into a mud puddle. Opponents move slower when in the mud. The mud deals damage to opponents when tossed.

Side Special - Boost Panel
Excitebike Racer drives over a boost panel, causing him to dash forwards. While dashing he can still perform jumps and midair jumps. While boosting, press back to slow to a stop and forwards to keep dashing when the boost is done. If you boost over a mud puddle, you will slow down to a stop, but your wheels will splash mud backwards. This can last for 1.5 seconds before the mud puddle disappears. The mud splashes deal damage to opponents.

Up Special - Excite Spring
Excitebike Racer will jump off an excite spring. This works like :sonic:'s up special, but the spring does not deal damage.

Down Special - Rev Boost
Excitebike Racer will charge up a dash forwards. This move works like :tails:'s spin dash.
  • Generates heat

Grab - Grab
Excitebike Racer will grab with his left hand, pops a wheelie, and holds the opponent up to the bike's front wheel.

Pummel - Spin Wheel
Excitebike Racer spin the front wheel while the opponent is pressed against it.
  • Generates heat

Forward Throw - Drive and Drag
Excitebike Racer will drive forwards while dragging the opponent along the ground. This ends with a throw.
  • Generates heat

Back Throw - Boost Panel
Excitebike Racer will drop the opponent on a boost panel, launching them back.

Up Throw - Excite Spring
Excitebike Racer will slam the opponent on a spring, bouncing them upwards.

Down Throw - Drive On Opponent
Excitebike Racer will slam opponent down and drive on them.
  • Generates heat

Shield Stance - Block Face
Excitebike Racer will cover his face with both of his arms.

Back Dodge - Drive
Excitebike Racer will drive back.

Spot Dodge - Wheelie Spin
Excitebike Racer will pop a wheelie and spin on the back wheel

Air Dodge - Flip
Excitebike Racer front flips

Ledge Attack - Bike
Excitebike Racer will flip his bike onto the bike with his legs

Ledge Attack %100 - Bike Whack
Excitebike Racer will jump up, grab his bike, and chop down with it, then he will land

Get Up Attack - Bike Sweep
Excitebike Racer will swing his bike around himself

Neutral Taunt - Fist Pump
Excitebike Racer will fist pump

Side Taunt - Rev Engine Twice
Excitebike Racer will lean forwards and rev the engine twice

Vertical Taunt - Wheelie
Excitebike Racer will pop a wheelie

Final Smash - Excitebike
Excitebike Racer pulls out a checkered flag and waves it
This causes twenty excitebike racers to dive across the stage

Victory - Trophy
Excitebike Racer holds up his trophy

Lose - Clap

Excitebike Racer will punch forwards

Dash Attack - Overhead Punch
Excitebike Racer will perform an overhead punch

Neutral Air - Split Kick
Excitebike Racer will perform a split kick

Forward Air - Ax Handle
Excitebike Racer will perform an ax handle (:rayman:'s forward air)

Back Air - Dropkick
Excitebike Racer will perform a drop kick

Up Air - Flip Kick
Excitebike Racer will perform a flip kick

Still, please review the Courier. That took an hour. And I was saying that since Sanic techincally isn't on Nintendo consoles yet is allowed, so should the Courier.

I think Courier moveset is interesting
Projectile based characters are always interesting, and I like how his forward air is a minigun.
I like how his neutral air is a projectile, I like being able to jump backwards and shoot forwards
I would main, even if I was bad at it
The neutral special and side smash seem broken (Unless the sniper rifle only uses a muzzle flash for a hitbox)
Snake/10 (A really good zoner who plays very unique)

Every pun related to tracking I can think of is super lame and sounds like a dad joke. If anyone has a good pun for Captain Toad's reveal line, then please tell me.

Captain Toad takes out a potted piranha plant, which chomps up

Down Air - Ground Pound
Comes from New Super Mario Wii (First time a toad used it)
Captain Toad will ground pound down
Stops after falling for a bit, similar to :bandanadee:'s down air
Also like that move you can control your horizontal movement during it

Z Air (Grab Air) - Potted Piranha Plant
Captain Toad takes out a potted piranha plant, which chomps forwards
This is a tether

Side Smash - Potted Piranha Plant
Captain Toad takes out a potted piranha plant, which chomps forwards
The longer you charge this move the farther the plant stretches its neck to chomp
If an opponent is with in range of this move, then the piranha plant will angle its chomp to automatically bite the opponent
Great for combos

Up Smash - Ground Lever Pull
Captain Toad will pull a lever in the ground upwards
This causes the ground underneath him to rise up abruptly
When the move is done Captain Toad will push the lever back down, lowering the ground segment back into the ground

Down Smash - Backpack Spin
Same as dash attack and neutral air
Captain Toad spins once

Neutral Special - Veggie Pluck
Captain Toad will pull a turnip out of the ground
Similar to Peach's down special, this turnip functions like a regular item
No changes in faces
The pluck is pretty fast

Side Special - Mine Cart
Captain Toad will hop in a mine cart full of turnips
Press Special to throw a turnip forwards while moving
Press Attack to make the mine cart disappear
You can't turn around in the mine cart, but, like Wario's bike and shoulder charge, it has a hop at the beginning if used in the air

Up Special - Clear Pipe Cannon
Captain Toad will get in a clear pipe above him, which leads him into a cannon
Captain Toad will then get shot out of the cannon
This cannon shot can be angled

Down Special - Turnip Cannon
Can only be done on the ground
Captain Toad will enter a hole below him, causing a cannon to pop up
This cannon can be aimed by pressing left or right to have it rotate towards that direction
Up causes it to rotate towards straight up
Press Special to shoot a turnip in whatever direction the cannon is facing
Press Attack to cancel it

Grab - Grab
Captain Toad will grab the opponent and throw down a potted piranha plant on their opposite side

Pummel - Potted Piranha Plant
The plant will chomp at the opponent

Forward Throw - Potted Piranha Plant Toss
The plant will grab the opponent in its teeth and throw them behind itself

Back Throw - Toss
Captain Toad will lift the opponent over his head and throw them

Up Throw - Toss
Captain Toad will lift the opponent over his head, lean back, and throw them up

Down Throw - Mine
Captain Toad will take out his pickax and mine the opponent three times

Shield Stance - IDK

Dodge Roll - Somersault

Spot Dodge - IDK

Neutral Taunt - Headlamp
Captain Toad will turn on his headlamp if it is on, and turn it off if it is off
This is purely aesthetic

Side Taunt - Diamond
Captain Toad will take out a diamond and display it

Vertical Taunt - Look Around
Captain Toad will put his hand above his eyes and look around

Final Smash - Dragadon
Dragadon will come up from the background in a pool of lava, and Captain Toad will jump on his head
Fireballs will rain on the stage and you can press attack to have Dragadon spew a wave of fireballs at the stage
Lasts for 15 seconds

Victory - dance around a green star

Lose - clap

Kirby Hat - headlamp
Chibi Robo Can Pocket - turnips
Ness Can Absorb - nothing
