Fawful
Has Fury!

Moveset of Fury: show
Fawful is the main villain of the Mario and Luigi Series. He is a trickster who works almost entirely alone and is a genius inventor and planner. He managed to take over Peach's castle and Bowser's castle in a very short time, even obtaining a very powerful artifact called the Dark Star. His moveset is based off him being a trickster and him having possession of the Dark Star.

Appearences: Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time, Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story

Entrance - rides in on his hover platform, then jumps off
(Every Dark Star move will have Fawful holding out his hand while the Dark Star hovers slightly above it)
- Every Dark Star punch involves the Dark Star punching with Bowser arms
- Every Dark Star shell move involves the Dark Star using a Bowser shell on its back
- The Dark Star doesn't have a hitbox
Jab - Dark Star punches with one fist, Dark Star punches with the other fist, Dark Star fire breath (like Bowser's but purple) then the Dark Star does a sliding punch while Fawful stays stationary
- The Dark Star has a hitbox while coming out during the first punch
- Jab, jab, rapid jab you can hold, final jab
- The fire breath is the rapid jab
Side Tilt - gun twirl
- This is a multihit with low knockback and endlag
Up Tilt - swipes his gun upwards
Down Tilt - kick
- Similar to :ness:Ness's Down Tilt, but without the raised arms and facing the screen
Dash Attack - twirl
- Similar to how he dances on stage in Bowser's Inside Story
- Multihits
Neutral Air - twirl
- Same as Dash Attack
Forward Air - Dark Star punch
Back Air - Dark Star body bash
- The Dark Star just rushes out of Fawful's coat
Up Air - Dark Star uppercut
Down Air - Dark Star shell bash
- Spikes
F Smash - Fawful throw's the Dark Star like a boomerang
- This is from both the Dark Star battle in the Air Way (specifically the attack where the Dark Star breathes some energy like it's Bowser's fire, then he rams Mario and Luigi who are suspended above) and the Final Battle (specifically the attack where Fawful chases Mario and Luigi through some fog while the Dark Star flies around trying to hit the duo)
- Charge this for a farther throw
U Smash - vacuum helmet swing
- Fawful's vacuum helmet extends and swings in an arc
D Smash - laser blasts on either side of Fawful
- This is from when Fawful steals the Dark Star by breaking some machinery with laser blasts
Neutral Special - dark arrow
- This attack comes from the final battle in Bowser's Inside Story, in which the Dark Star (After Fawful's legs and glasses were broken) would shoot a giant arrow head at either Mario or Luigi
- Charge for a bigger and strong "arrowhead"
- Can be angled
Side Special - dust cloud shot
- Fawful shoots a dust cloud out of his vacuum helmet
- It's a move that Fawful's been using since we first saw him in Super Star Saga
- The clouds are slow moving and have low knockback, but are more for disrupting the enemy
- Fawful can bounce off the clouds
Side Smash Special - ice beam
- Shoots an ice beam that freezes
- A lot of start lag (Fawful has to pull out his gun, which he spins, and shoots)
- It's from when Fawful turns Midbus into Blizzard Midbus
- Inputted like a smash attack (like :samus:Samus's super missile)
Up Special - vacuum helmet flight
- Similar to :chibirobo:Chibi-Robo's old up special, Duck Hunt's, and Olimars

- While holding the opponent in a grab the Dark Star is floating on the opposite side of the opponent that Fawful is on
Pummel - dark star punch
- The Dark Star punches the opponent
Forward Throw - vacuum helmet suck and spit
- Fawful's vacuum helmet sucks in the opponent and spits them forwards
Back Throw - Dark Starmite bomb
- Fawful lifts up the opponent and the Dark Star shoots a Dark Starmite bomb at the opponent
Up Throw - tractor beam shot and Dark Star bash
- Fawful lifts up the opponent and shoots a laser blast at them, then the Dark Star rams himself into them
Down Throw - Dark Star punch down
- The Dark Star punches the opponent downwards
- This spikes (not a very strong spike, but enough to have the opponent bounce off the stage and get sent downwards at the edge)
Shield Stance - Fawful puts his hood up
Forward Roll - twirl
- Like Dash Attack
Back Dodge - twirl
- Like Dash Attack
Spot Dodge - IDK
Air Dodge - twirl
- Like Dash Attack

- Fawful does his iconic laugh at the screen
Side Taunt - Dark Bowser laugh
- The Dark Star comes out as his Dark Bowser image (in the Air Way, before his battle; is missing its legs and looks like gas)
Vertical Taunt - twirl and pose
- Like he does at the Fawful Stage in Bowser's Castle

- Fair - vertical slash
-- Like :bowser:Bowser
- Bair - horizontal slash
- Uair - arc slash
- Dair - legs stab
- F Smash - hands with energy orbs in them in the ground on either side
-- Based off the attack where Fawful sticks his hands into the ground and energy orbs travel down them into the ground to create shock waves
- U Smash - hands clap with energy orbs in them
- D Smash - swing dark "arrow" around Fawful
- Neutral Special - dark arrow
-- Same as regular Neutral Special, but with a wider range for angling
- Forward Special - energy breath
-- That attack during the Final Battle and during the Air Way fight based off Bowser's flame spit, but not fire

King Boo
Haunts the Competition

Moveset that he likes right where it is: show
King Boo comes from the Luigi's Mansion series. He's appeared in Luigi's Mansion, Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon, Super Mario Sunshine, Super Mario 64 DS, and many spin offs. He is a trickster who uses an army of boos to get things done. Hates lit rooms and both Poltergusts.

Some properties:
  • Air Movement: similar to :kirby:
  • Ground Speed: similar to Bowser Jr
  • Aerial Jumps: 3
  • Gravity: low
  • Weight: medium
  • Fall Speed: low

Entrance - comes out of his painting
Passive - polterghost
- Can trap projectiles and opponents in a painting (more info in Neutral Special). The painting can be broken after taking 20%.
Jab - smack, smack
- Based off Lady Bow's attack in Paper Mario, and King Boo's attack in Mario and Luigi Paper Jam when a boo grabs Paper Mario
Side Tilt - sends a boo forward
- Not a projectile
- Disjointed
Up Tilt - lick upwards
- Like Bowser Jr's up tilt in Smash Wii U, but with King Boo's tongue
Down Tilt - tongue poke
Dash Attack - boo dash
- The attack boos do to hurt Luigi in Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon
Neutral Air -
Forward Air - smack
Back Air - tongue slap
Up Air - back flip lick
Down Air - boo slam
- The slam King Boo does in the final boss of Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon
Side Smash - Bowser head fire breath
- The head of the Bowser costume from the final boss of Luigi's Mansion appears and breaths fire
- In the boss battle the Bowser head attacks even while King Boo isn't in the costume
- Multihit with low knock back
Up Smash - crown shock
- From the opening cutscene of Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon
Down Smash - lightning strikes on either side of King Boo
- From the final boss of Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon
Neutral Special - painting trap
- Any opponent or projectile in front of King Boo will get trapped in a painting
- The painting is left floating where it was made
- The painting has similar properties to Smash 4 Kirby in his stone form (Stone Kirby takes no damage or knockback until it absorbs a total of 24% or more, where Kirby will turn back to normal and take half the % and none of the knockback of the attack that surpasses the 24% limit; there's a Beefy Smash Doods video on Super and Heavy Armor that talks about this), but specifically:
  • The painting will break after absorbing 20%
  • The person inside will take no damage
  • The painting has no collision, but hitting it will still cause hit lag
  • King Boo can still hit it
  • :sonic:Sonic's homing attack and :samus:Samus's homing missile will still home in on it
  • Command grabs don't word on the painting, with the exception of the :captainfalcon:Captain Falcon's falcon dive (up special)
  • If the painting holds an opponent it will release then after some time (Just like :yoshi:Yoshi's egg lay and any time you're buried)
Neutral Special with a painting out - painting carry
- Many boos will all carry the painting
- King Boo is put in a stance where you now input a move to affect the painting
  • The movement keys will move the painting (very, very slowly)
  • A - cancel stance
  • Neutral Special - release painting contents (no velocity added; kind of like a grab release)
  • Any direction and B - shoot the contents in that direction
  • While close enought to the stage if you input the direction towards the stage and press B the boos carry the painting will smash it into the stage, dealing extra damges that inf you shoot it
Forward Special - spike ball
- King Boo will spit out a spiked "ball"
- Charge this for a bigger ball
- From the final battle of Luigi's Mansion Dark Boo
Up Special - teleport
- Quick, but deals no damage
- Kind of like Mewtwo's
Down Special - Bowser head
- The Bowser costume's head appears and spits an ice ball forwards
- This freezes opponents
Grab - boo grab
- A boo grabs the opponent and holds them still
Pummel - King Boo slaps the opponent
- It's from the King Boo boss battle in Mario and Luigi Paper Jam
Forward Throw - spook
- Lady Bow's move from Paper Mario
Back Throw - boo throw
- The boo picks up and toss the opponent away
Up Throw - boo throw, boo dash, boo dash
- The boo throws the opponent upwards, the two more boos boo dash (from Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon) into the opponent
Down Throw - chair smash
- King Boo summons a chair from Luigi's Mansion and smashes it of the opponent
Shield Stance - face cover
- What every boo does when you look at them
Dodge Roll - teleport
Spot Dodge - disappear
Air Dodge - disappear
Neutral Taunt - laugh
- King Boo's iconic laugh
Side Taunt - flip and pose
- Boo's Mario Party 8 winning animation for minigames
Vertical Taunt - boo buddy ring
- King Boo will make a ring of boos around himself
- Based off the Super Mario series enemy: the Boo Buddy Ring (aka Boo Buddies)
Final Smash - paranormal portal
- King Boo summons the portal from Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon and releases many ghosts from the portal to reek havoc
- Similar in function to Waddle Dee Army, Palutena's Army, and :blackmage:'s Random Enemy Encounter (minus Flare)
Victory - laugh to himself while admiring his painting with Mario trapped inside it
Kirby Hat - Luigi's Mansion crown
Pocketable by :chibirobo:- fire breath, spiked ball, any released projectile
Absorbable by :ness:- fire breath, ice ball, any released projectile :ness: can absorb
Reflectable - spiked ball, fire breath, ice ball, any released projectile
Final Notes:
  • Not capturable in paintings: starred opponents spit out by :kirby:, PK Flash, the Kamehameha, :megaman:'s Down Air, anyone who can't be grabbed
  • Capturable in paintings (in case you're wondering): psynergy hand in :isaac:'s side special, :sonic:'s spring
  • :bomberman: cannot detonate bombs in paintings

Here's a moveset I've been planning for a while
Dr Eggman: show
Instead of fighting normally, Eggman rides a modified Egg Walker from SA2 with the Big Arm arms and roof (with retractable spikes) and the Death Egg Robot's legs and jetpack.

Walk: Walks like the Death Egg Robot does.
Run: Jets forward before skidding along the ground.
Jumps: Has 2 midair jumps where the jetpack jets upward slightly but both are rather small.
Air speed: Slow but not Bowser Slow.
Walk speed: This one however is Bowser Slow.
Run Speed: Has a fast startup and moderate speed, allowing for long distance Dash Dancing and Foxtrotting, but it makes you slip like Luigi if you stop.
Weight: Really heavy. Nuff said.

Jab: A single uppercut. 7% Medium-low upwards knockback. Slightly similar to DK's 2nd jab. Comboes into a few aerials.
Dash attack: A belly thrust like K Rool's. 15% damage and high kb and kbg but has hefty startup and endlag.

Ftilt: Turns a hand into a buzzsaw and spins it in front of him. 5 hits, 2% damage each and the last has moderate forward knockback with moderate kbg.
Utilt: Deploys the spikes on the roof. Quick but has a small hitbox right above Eggman. Good for juggling but only if the opponent is directly above. 5% damage, low upward knockback and kbg.
Dtilt: Sweep kick. A slower stronger and longer version of Mario's with more forward knockback. 7% damage.

Fsmash: The Shockwave attack from Generations Big Arm. Low base knockback but high kbg. Disjointed. 14-18%. I'd give it a windbox but that'd be a little OP for edgeguarding.
Usmash: Tucks in limbs, deploys spikes and Jets upwards and hovers while spinning before thrusting the limbs back out. 4 hits, the first 3 deal 4% and the last one deals 4-9% and strong upward knockback.
Dsmash: Holds out arms on both sides pointed at the ground, the hands retract to form cannons and fire on both sides. A longer stronger version of Bomberman's. 15-22%

Nair: Activates jets and spins around. Early hit has stronger knockback. Flame damage. 12%.
Fair: Spins forward with spikes deployed like Sonic's old fair. 7 hits, 2% damage each. Last one deals semi strong knockback.
Bair: 2 backfists behind. Each deals 10% damage. They happen in quick succession and can combo together.
Uair: Deploys the hand-buzzsaw and swings it upwards. Medium startup and high upward knockback. Kinda like Bowser's, a little faster and longer but weaker. 13%
Dair: Juts both legs downward and falls. Stall-then-fall. Buries grounded opponents. Meteors early, otherwise does high horizontal knockback. 18% damage. Has high landing lag.

Grab: DKish grab.
Pummel: Electrifies the mech's hands. 2% damage.
Forward Throw: Pulls back and throws the opponent forward. 7% damage. Kind of like DK's fthrow's throw.
Back throw: Puts the opponent behind and burns them with the jetpack. 4 hits, 3% damage each. Fire damage obviously.
Up throw: Just throws the opponent straight up. 5%, low knockback, quick.
Down throw: Slams the opponent on the ground dealing 5% damage and stomps them for 7% more.

Neutral Special: Egg Gatling:

The mech's fingers position themselves like the barrels of a gatling gun, opens up and fires. It has to spin up for a bit so a little startup lag. Fires round bullets at 1.5 times the speed of Fox which dissipate about 6 standing sandbags away and have noticable spread. Each does 1% damage but also causes flinching. Hopefully not too annoying because the gatling guns overheat after 5 seconds of firing. Causing stunning that lasts half as long as a shieldbreak. You can't just fire in bursts either because the guns take a bit to spin down too.

Side Special: Egg Rocket:

Fires a rocket from a compartment in the mech's belly. Basically Snake's Nikita but it's bigger in size and blast radius, always moves fast and deals more damage (19%). But on the other hand, it can't hit Eggman so no help with recovery, moves in only 4 directions and can explode preemptively if hit with a projectile or long disjoints.

Up Special: Eggmobile:

The mech completely retracts all of its limbs and flies freely rather quickly for 3-ish seconds while making the Eggmobile noise from Sonic 3. It is a powerful recovery but it leaves you completely vulnerable in the air and you can't use it again if you get knocked out it. Oh and also you can't grab ledges while using it and it leaves you in a unique helpless state which can't grab ledges either.

Down Special: Egg Mine:

A compartment in the jetpack opens up and launches an Eggman-shaped mine right in front of him in arc. If it hits someone before arming, it bounces off them and deals 2% damage with flinching before falling down. It arms right after it lands, if anyone other than Eggman touches it after that, it explodes, dealing 18% damage and strong upwards knockback.

Final Smash: Egg Fleet:

Eggman flies into the background with his jetpack and calls in an entire fleet of ships with big ships that fire cannon blasts falling from the background, some smaller ships charging across the screen horizontally, and some medium sized ships slowly fly across the top of screen while strafing with a downward laser. The cannon blasts fall from the top of the screen and do 10% damage with medium-strong upward knockback. The small ships do 6% damage with medium forward knockback. The medium ships' lasers behave like Black Mage's charged Fsmash but thinner and weaker.

Voice: Different grunts, yells and quotes voiced by Mike Pollock or the late Deem Bristow.
Entrance: Flies down using the propeller from Sonic 2, saying "I hope you've said your goodbyes!"
Neutral Taunt: Makes the mech put its hands on its hips and laughs, "Ohohohoho!".
Side Taunt: Points forward with a flourish, saying "Snooping as usual I see!"
Vertical Taunt: Does a ballet spin ending with a pose.
Victory: Jumps out of his mech and fist pumps while saying "Ho-ho, I did it!"

I'm glad you liked my Eggman moveset! Took a long time to think of everything. He's pretty balanced though right? I tried not to make him too OP or UP.

Also in case you want to go with the Smash Ultimate Non-unique Cinematic FS route:

Alternate Final Smash: Eggman Generations:
Eggman presses a button on a remote inside his cocpit, causing a time hole to open in front of the mech and send opponents into the Time Eater's dimension. Then, Eggman's different machines including the Wrecking Ball Eggmobile, Death Egg Robot, Big Arm, Final Fever, Egg Viper, Egg Dragoon and finally the Time Eater itself attacks the opponents dealing about 100% damage in total and huge knockback.

I would like to ask if King Dedede's side-b be changed to the smash 4 version (gordo toss) and his down-b be changed to the waddle dee toss? In smash 4 I like to ledge trap opponents using the gordo toss, and I belive making his side-b the gordo toss and his down-b the waddle dee toss would give Dedede more coverage and stage control unlike his bad spacing in smash 4.
The Jet hammer, super armor or not is garbage anyway, because its too slow and punishable (his foward smash has much less endlag, bigger hitbox, and kills earlier, on top of rediculous shield damage)

Bowser
Brings the heat!

Operation Moveset to Take Down Mario: show
You guys know who Bowser is. I just want to list what I would make his moveset. Some moves I have two options listed; a more canonical move, and either a more functional move for smash or another canonical move. I will label which is which (Functional/Canonical/Option #).
Meant for use with the current/Bowser's Inside Story design. Melee Bowser isn't Bowser, it's just a turtle with a shell made of snake skin.
Note: Every time I use the phrase "Shell spin" I'm referring to the whirling fortress style shell spinning.

Still has Tough Guy.
