With all players confirmed...

Rumor has it about a powerful group, trained mobs, ready to take over.
Legend says of those men who, in a full moon, will become unstoppable.

You know one of these myths are true. Question is, which one?
Can you hunt them before they hunt you?

MG Mafia 23: Carbon-14 has started.

Deadline: February 28th, 22:00 GMT-4
With 7 players alive, it takes 4 votes to reach consensus on a lynch.
If deadline is reached with no consensus, no lynch will happen.

Thoughts on Day 1 massclaim? Haven't come to a conclusion on it yet. On one hand, it gives us two confirmed townies, but on the other, we're pretty much guaranteed to lose our cop. I'm leaning towards no, but I think it's worth discussing.

I would say no

Like you said, we're pretty much giving away who our cop (and seer) is and in a game this small, the risk isn't worth the reward imo

This doesn't sound like a good idea to me. We need both cop and seer alive in order to 100% confirm the innocence of a person. Mass claim d1 and outing the prs has more disadvantages for the town than advantages.

What Crabby said.
Keeping the identity of the power roles secret is paramount to winning this game.

The only time I can think of the cop/seer needing to reveal is if they get a scum result on someone. Getting a not mafia or not werewolf result only half confirms them. Both PRs will have to investigate them to fully confirm their innocence, since I'm guessing a mafia goon will show up as not werewolf when investigated by a seer and likewise with a werewolf and the cop.

I hadn't realized this, but if both investigate the same player, they either find mafia or can confirm an additional player as town if necessary.

I'd like to propose that the investigator's investigations be decided by public vote, since there are no framers and then they'll be guaranteed to investigate the same person. Both remain anonymous but we get better results.

As for lynching strategy,
Day 1 correct lynch = Day 2 20% correct lynch chance
Day 1 mislynch = Day 2 lylo 50% correct lynch chance
Day 1 no lynch = Day 2 mylo 40% correct lynch chance

Day 1 no lynch is the best option IMO, Day 1 lynch doesn't provide a very good reward for the risk + D1 NL provides more potential investigations.

And then the mafia kill the person they investigated at night lol

Unless the person they're investigating happens to be mafia

Also, if we did do that, what if one of the people that the investigators are investigating is an investigator themself?
