1) CPUs do not have Final Smash auras.
2) Smash Ball shows up. Pause and unpause. The Smash Ball will be gone. In this state, the CPU will aim at what used to be a Smash Ball. If you pause again during this, the game will freeze (sprites will move and make the animation they were supposed to do without it actually doing anything, music will play, camera angle is like a screenshot, no control over character, but like Denetsu said,
If you don't pause it, the match will continue as normal and another Smash Ball will show up. Sometimes it won't and it'll give you a invisible Smash Ball, allowing you to do the glitch.
Also, I noticed that it said
P2 Pause instead of P1 Pause and used P2's camera controls instead of P1's, despite the fact that I was using P1 and P2 was a CPU. Quitting did not work with P2's camera controls, but zooming in and out did along with moving it. Pressing Pause would take you to P1 Pause and you would be able to quit the match. Depending on which player slot the CPU is used in, it will use the proper CPU player position (P3, P4, etc.) instead of P2. Thanks to Denetsu.
Found using Mega Man against Marth on Final Destination, Final Smash ball turned on only.
Interestingly enough, I got a Replay, but instead of showing the glitchy results, after I paused, it was like I did nothing. The CPU curbstomped me with its Final Smash, and I lost the match. Not sure why the Smash Ball is there in the replay when in my game, no one could interact with it.
But, if you paused around the same time your game froze, the glitch would happen again. Quitting would lead to the normal No Contest. Guys, I've changed the future!
3) Learning to use Zero Suit Samus when a CPU Link used his FS in mid air and missed. Rather than pulling a Marth, he's charging at nothing for all eternity. Jumping in front of him does nothing. Attacking him does nothing. He has learned to fly like Goku. I SD'd and saved the replay which surprisingly still works.
4) Transferring save data does absolutely nothing. None of the events completed, no Target Test times, nothing. I was hoping there would be another hidden character, but I just haven't found him yet.
5) Lloyd's FS is way too easy to get out of. I get hit a couple times and then I can just escape or I fall back down to the stage.
6) Is Lloyd's Sonic Rush supposed to kill all momentum?
Also, not a bug but character portraits on the CSS definitely have different qualities of pictures.
