PK Fire is great for shield pressure. Too great imo.

I couldn't DI at all till I decided to learn exactly why someone survived my Falcon Punch. Still have trouble remembering to sometimes.

On topic, did Ness' recovery get changed or something? I find myself flung the opposite direction more often than not.

They really should lower the frequency of Ness' damage scream.
It's really annoying.

As falco, how do I DI dthrow so I don't get hit by Fsmash? In 0.9b I was used to DI away so they don't get the regrab, but it seems like DI in or out, I still get hit, and I can't DI down to tech (but that may just be me being bad). It kills super early, especially with the bad DI down to tech.

At higher percents, you can DI in and Shine. Not sure about lower percents: I seem to recall DI down and out working, but that's chaingrabbable.

What I think needs to be changed for Ness after 1.0.3.2:

Up Tilt:
FAF Decreased by 2 Frames for better combo ability
Damage Increased: 7% -> 8%

Down Tilt:
Sweetspot added near Ness's body
Sweetspot Damage: 4%

Side Smash:
Non-Tipped Damage made Consistent: 17-21% -> 19%
Tipped Damage Increased: 24% -> 25%
Knockback Growth Increased by 10

Up Smash:
Charge hitboxes removed
First Hit Damage Lowered: 6% -> 3%
Second Hit Damage Increased: 13% -> 16%

Down Smash:
Charge hitboxes removed
First Back Hit Damage Lowered: 13% -> 10%
Second Hit Damage Increased: 10% -> 13%

Up Aerial:
Endlag Decreased by 5 Frames, due to it lasting too long and feeling clunky.

To make an essentially better Ness while also making him more true to his Smash 4 counterpart, somewhat. The changes aren't too big to make him overpowering, but they're just enough to actually make him worth playing more and more.

Hey, did PK Missile (Ness' U-Special recovery) get nerfed in speed and distance? Prior to the current patch I'm pretty sure it went as fast and far as Lucas' version in the official Smash games. Now, it feels...different...

no it is not normal.
Every projectile (actually just the majority) has the same level of priority and a very low priority at that. mario fireballs clank with bowser fireballs..
