Not a sprite artist by any means, but I thought I'd take a crack at adjusting Fox's outlines and colors a bit to show a full resprite isn't really necessary lol

its pretty rough but it gets the point across, methinks ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Is that based on Star Fox Zero/Smash Bros Ultimate Fox? I really don't like that design, I much preferred the one he had in Brawl and Smash 4.

People, if you keep asking for resprites, they will never create new content, are you aware of that? Fox sprite is just fine, really

My main point was to show someone on discord how coloring and outlines could affect a sprite without changing the structure, i dont consider the colors an improvement but decided to change it around anyways

I wish fox illusion could be shortened as easily as falco phantasm can be.

So Fox can infinite multishine so long as the opponent doesn't SDI out of it (and assuming the inputs are frame perfect - Frame 1 is the hitbox, Frame 2 being hitlag/stun/whatever, and frame 3 + 4 being Jumpsquat, and you must input DownB during the jumpsquat to continue the multishine, so a frame-perfect Multishine is 5 frames from the first hit to the second one)

Anyways, most of us already know about multishine but...
What i did not know (until some time ago) is that Up-Smash and Grab also cancel the jumpsquat, and some MORE time later i then realized - i could just cancel the shine-jumpsquat into Up-Smash or Grab, not just for Multishine (also Falco cannot quite do these due to his Reflector's very different knockback properties)

anyways whatever here's the obligatory gif as i researched on stuff
Image
Shine->Grab takes 7 frames to execute (from the shine hitbox until the grab box)
Shine->UpSmash takes 10 frames to execute (from shine hitbox to up-smash hitbox)

Mostly for fun: Random / Anyone Else

Will definitely play with when released: :krystal:, :simon:, [Waluigi]

I'm a "Jack of All Trades", perhaps going for "Master of Many", I'll definitely try to learn all that I can with these characters.
I'm just waiting for 1.2 so i can remake this signature
