Neat. Now, I'm not sure if the cpu really did four dropcancelled dairs in a row, but hey, at least I have my answer.

basically SSF2 pac-man: Sm4sh Pac-Man but with less end lag on many moves and an actual grab. SSF2 Pac-Man is what Sm4sh Pac-Man should've been

Hmm, there seems to be some weird stuff with the trampoline. If pac-man upb's while a someone was bouncing on another one that was already out, they will just a fall without gaining any height. Also, if you land on a trampoline and get hit before going in to helpless, you still go into helpless after getting hit

Since the update I've been playing a lot of Pac-man. I've noticed there are a number of things you can do with him that can be exploited (by you) extremely well.

1) The trampoline can be used to accelerate your opponents after you land a hit. One of the things that's happened with me is I'll place a trampoline slightly off stage and bounce over an opponent, land, and hit them with a forward smash. Their character flies backwards as normal, but when they hit the trampoline they hit KO speed and fly straight to the corner of the screen. Similar things happen when you do this with up-smash and up-aerials if you have the trampoline above you and your opponent.

2) Your up-special when you drop the trampoline allows you to move through some barriers/stage elements that normally you could not. For example, on the Wario Cave stage with the wood-planks that cover the cave, you can pass through the wood in an up-special without breaking it.

3) An "air-grab". I've not seen anyone do this, and it's not in the wiki, but I've found a move that's an excellent landing maneuver (and also acts like L-cancelling). At any point when you are up in the air (provided you haven't just done a special), if you triple-press grab Pac-Man turns into his wedge form and does this downwards spiral to all the way to the ground, serving as a great attack, a way to clear a landing space, and eliminating almost all landing lag.

4) When you dash out of a shield you turn into a ball and bounce/roll, still immune to damage. The trick is that if you have prepped a trampoline at stage level (mentioned earlier in this thread in relation to landing oddly) you can bounce out of danger before you've technically dropped your shield. Might just be a glitch, but interesting.

That's his nair. You can do the same thing by pressing attack in the air without holding any direction.
