Kaio-Ken Goku here has the same transparent face issues he had way back in the day.

Now here's a weird one which is more camera related than graphical but here ya go:

I paused outside of the screen in Bomb Factory and it actually showed me outside the screen in nothingness along with the bomb's full explosion.

The Beam Rod's description is "Swing this lazer sword for extra range", which isn't too far off, but nonetheless ought to be revised.

The word "rope" appears here very briefly; however, it only shows up for a moment, and it's black against a dark background, so it's easy to miss. Without it, players won't know what they're supposed to be jumping, leading to frustration and broken controllers. It ought to be made clearer and easier to see, and placed in a spot where players can't possibly miss it, to avoid any confusion. My proposed fix is shown below:

Gold, Cyan and Blue :jigglypuff: all have incorrect eye colours in their victory animations.

When i was playing solo with Pichu and a computer, I got hit into the hit screen animation and I saw something wrong with the colorization of my Pichu with the one hitting the screen. It was obvious to notice though. I know Pichu is a newcomer, but this is a graphic error.
Edit: I looked into it, and this happens with all alternates of him/her.
