I don't have mcleodgaming font :p

that doesn't change the fact that its placement and size don't match rayman and maxwell

The shading got annoying with this one:

It looks really nice! The colors do seem to blend together in a bad way, though.

You sure you did this custom? I see a few differences but the majority of it looks copied

I only tilted the head, it looked like a good Smash pose.
I'm not really trying to be a copycat you know. (Plus the shading was hard)

I had to look really hard to notice that there WAS even shading on that one. You need to differentiate your colors more; look up contrast, it'll do a lot for you.

that's no excuse to say something is your own work when it really isn't
tracing over something and paintbucketing colors in is essentially the same as rearranging frames in an animation, albeit more time-consuming

something being hard is not an excuse for being lazy

also you didn't tilt the head, you traced it and then flipped it horizontally
fairly obvious

What if he used it as a reference?
Either way I can't see the shading at all unless I zoom in

If you're not trying to be a copycat, then why did i found the exact same image on Google Images? I caught you before on this same topic with the Geno character models.

The truth is that those are too good to be true. Anyone can catch the tracing easily. Hell, taking it into comparison: I see you placed the grey next to the eyes like the real Google images picture did.

Learn to custom sprite or edit sprites. It's not hard, takes a couple of tries, and could build a reputation for yourself... Possibly a good one.

Look at the Maxwell sprite you made for example:

That's a good start. Why don't you try making more of these and not going to make exact replicas of images from google but in pixel form?

Also, one more thing: STOP SAVING YOUR WORK IN JPG. Use PNG

I could argue that the devs did the same with Donkey Kong.

So it doesn't actually matter, as long as it's a good pose, I specifically made this pose for Mickey cause it looked like a good smash pose!

I used mine as a reference, All the colors I used were different from the original, but fine I'll make some original poses next time.

EDIT: I can only use tinypic for now, imgur is apparently a banned website here. :(
