Well, d-throw can kill. Oddly enough.

For the second question, only if you slide off a platform juust right.

Yes. Unless all of their throws have a set knockback or don't kill at 999% and neither of those are things. What people mean by kill throws is that they will kill at a practical kill percentage range. If you grab someone at 130% and can kill off a throw than means that throw is probably a kill throw. If you can't kill with a throw at like 170% then you have no kill throws. The exact percentage range of what qualifies as a kill throw is based off personal opinion and character types. If your character has good kill power then the practical percent for a throw to death is lower than if your characters has low kill power because the opponent is less likely to reach the percent where a throw will kill.

I really don't like how incredibly hard to hit Luigi's dash attack is now. The target can just stand still and there's only a 10% chance all the hits will connect whereas some other forward multihits like Megaman or Kirby's dash attack or Tails' jab gets all hits in easily.

Luigi might have one of the most obnoxious projectiles in the game. Fireball is quick, land-cancellable, and have the dumbest trajectory, speed, and lasting time. The only problem is that it's hard to get them low enough due to Luigi's high short hop. luigi buff when

hey everyone
i'm new to these forums, and i'm a dedicated luigi main (unlike most of the population) and even though people might already know about this, i'd like to share a tech discovery of mine: slide cancel.
okay, it's not really a cancel, but it's incredibly useful for comboing.
just tap shield while dashing and while you still slide, you now have full control over luigi, allowing for throw combos.
this can also be done by dash canceling with crouch, but this method is easier and also better for protection and is geared towards newer players.

This is already known. In fact, if you hop on the Luigi discord, there's a bunch of Luigi's movement tech on display there.
