It means he is going to continue SSF2 from where he left off before the hiatus. he specifically said that the semester was getting rough so he would hold off all SSF2 work. meanwhile he would keep us updated every week with new music. He also said that SSF2 would also have even better updated features.

I don't know how colleges work, but my second trimester is ending soon... if his semester was hectic, wouldn't he continue his hiatus for another 6-7 weeks?

I just want to know the difference between my HS trimesters (which there are 3 per semester if you can't do the English with the word TRI) and Cleod's semesters. Cause so far to my knowledge, he has 12 weeks per semester (while mine is 18 weeks). This is an important question and on topic with SSF2 because this is about its hiatus.

I don't know about you but i hope the update provides maybe 2 or 3 new characters to play with also i do have to say this game is getting very exciting know that someday were going to have like 40 different characters to choose from.

I think if there's any new characters, it'll only be one. The main update for this seems to be for gameplay (AI and physics) rather than content.
