I decided to make one. Feel free to critique it and tell me how to make them better.

For C+C, looking at the pikachu, I think you should start utilizing the Line and Curve tools in paint.

The line art is... too uncontrolled looking, IMO.

New sprite. I made squirtle this time and i took the advice about the lines. Its 100% custom too.

Looks good, now it could use less black outlines, or a little AAing.

I like the voltorb, IMO it's the best Pokemon.
I like the ripped sprites How do you rip anyway? alot.
Oh and the edits are really nice.
